HOA Meetings

Our HOA meetings are open to all homeowners via Zoom. To receive the Zoom link for a meeting, please email our property management company.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in any Catalina Terrace building common area or within 50ft of the Catalina Terrace condominium building itself. Smoking is defined as the burning/smoking of any tobacco, marijuana, crack cocaine, vaporized tobacco, vaporized marijuana, hookahs, water pipes, bongs, or similar smoking methods and or devices that emit smoke. For further details see the HOA's Rules and Regulation document.

Swimming Pool Area

Swimming pool area is open from 8 AM to 10 PM daily. The pool is heated from June to October. 

The pool and spa are primarily for the use of the residents. Residents may invite a maximum of TWO guests per unit to use the area. Residents must always accompany their guests and are responsible for the conduct.

Trash Days

Trash pickup occurs on Mondays and Fridays. Please don't use the trash chutes while the large bins are outside in the street.

For bulk items free pickup contact Los Angeles Sanitation and Environment 800-773-2489. Place items on concrete pad west of driveway. Note that pickup is Monday morning, so please limit unsightliness and exposure to the weather.

For maintenance issues related to the building please contact WestCom Management 1-818-587-9500.

Pets

Catalina Terrace permits no more than two domestic type pets per household.  

Pets are not allowed into the gardens of the common area, or in the pool and spa area.  Also, no pets are allowed to be left on terraces, balconies, and/or decks during quiet hours, or at any time when there is no one present in the unit. Excessive noise by any pet is prohibited.

911 - The City's emergency phone line. It should be called in cases of an immediate emergency, only.

1-877-ASK-LAPD (275-5273) - The LAPD non-emergency phone line. For instances when police presence is required, but not immediately (such as for homeless; trespassers; suspicious activities, etc.).

1-818-587-9500 x 519 - For questions or comments to the property manager.
